Milan magic 🌟
Emilia is a real gem, accommodating us even before check-in time! The brekkie was better than expected, and that coffee machine was a winner. Felt super safe with the locked gates and loved being close to the action yet away from the noise.

The location was fantastic, just a stroll from the city center.
I was frustrated with the locking system which requires four keys in a specific order. It felt unsafe with the window open, leading to a lot of noise from the street and neighboring rooms. the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

We had a grand stay! Location was mighty—close to everything, yet quiet. Emilia was a gem, always ready to help and even whipped up breakfast in advance for us. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast could use a tad more variety.

The location was excellent, with various shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to explore without a vehicle. The staff was very friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh fruits that were a delightful surprise. The fridge in the room was also a great feature, allowing us to store some snacks and drinks.
The check-in instructions were a bit unclear, which caused some initial confusion.

The location is quite convenient, just a short walk from restaurants and key attractions. The hostess is very accommodating, allowing for early access, and the room was consistently clean with fresh towels daily. there was a lack of clear information regarding access to the property, which can be a bit daunting for first-time visitors. the breakfast offerings were minimal, typical in budget accommodations, contrasting the expectations of traditional B&B experiences.

Perfect spot for seeing the city!
Had an unexpected cozy stay! The location was spot on—easily walkable to so many sites. Emilia was incredibly welcoming and even brought us some pastries with breakfast. The only bummer was that check-in instructions weren’t totally clear, which made it a bit tricky at first. But the coffee machine was a lifesaver!
